Uncovering the new RPC Client Access Service in Exchange 2010 (Part 4)
In part three of this multi-part article series, I explained how to provide true high availability for internal Outlook MAPIs by load balancing the RPC Client Access service (RPC CA) using a combination of a Client Access Server array (CAS array) and Windows server network load balancing (WNLB) technology.
