Forbedringer i Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1

Exchange 2007 Management Console & Windows Vista

You cannot install the Exchange Management Console or the Exchange System Manager on a Windows Vista-based computer

Anti-spam Filter Opdateringer på Edge Transport Serveren

Efter at have flyttet min Exchange 2007 Edge Transport server over på x64 hardware, lykkedes det endelig at få den til at hente Anti-spam Filter opdateringer fra Microsoft Update, som det ses nedenfor.

image

Transitioning to Active Directory Site-Based Routing

Are you still waiting to make the transition from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange 2000 Server to Exchange Server 2007? You're really going to like all the commands available in the Exchange Management Shell - that's a pretty cool feature and one that even administrators who are hooked on wizards can quickly learn. And you're probably pretty excited about implementing server-based rules and all the anti-spam improvements. But maybe you're hesitant about the idea of collapsing all your routing groups and maintaining mail flow while you systematically upgrade your Exchange organization. No problem. Just let me explain!

The Fundamentals of Mobile Access to Exchange 2007

A responsible Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 deployment begins with a fact-finding mission. Before you deploy, you should learn all that you can about the features of Exchange 2007, especially how those features will affect your users. Although there are many categories of Exchange 2007 features that you should investigate, one that could affect most of your users is mobile access to Exchange 2007.

Changes in the Administration and Permissions Model

So, you're ready to upgrade your Microsoft Exchange Server organization from Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange Server 2007? Great. Before you get started, however, make sure that you have a solid planning strategy in place, which includes a clear understanding of the changes made to the administration and permissions model. With Exchange 2007, you now have flexibility in how you assign permissions to administrators. Several changes have also been made to improve the manual permissions configuration you must do to split Exchange permissions from other administrative permissions.

ITPROEXC-106: Recipient Management, Policies and Permissions in Exchange 2007

Session Outline
In this session we will discuss the recipient management model, which has changed since Exchange Server 2003. There are a number of things we will cover here, most notably, how Exchange Server 2007 handles resources. The other major are we will be discussing is changes to the administrative permission model. In Exchange 2007, you have the option to separate your Active Directory administration from your Exchange administration, and during the session, we'll see how that's achieved.
